MKZT型套筒及主轴专用数控磨床主要用途及结构特点:
本机床为三轴(X工件横向进给、Z1、Z2砂轮纵向运动)二联动套筒及主轴专用数控磨床,主要用于磨削各类主轴及套筒的内孔、内锥孔、内端面、外圆、外锥面、外端面。磨削循环均自动完成(具有自动进刀、退刀、粗磨、精磨;自动修正砂轮、自动补偿等功能))。
MKZT-主轴及套筒磨床机床采用工件横向进给,工作台(砂轮架)纵向运动的结构方式,工件进给及砂轮架运动导轨均为滚动直线导轨,均由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠运动,工件主轴及砂轮主轴旋转速度均由变频器控制,实现无级调速。工件夹紧采用卡盘+中心架或双中心架+牵引的夹持方式,同时可以根据用户工件的特殊性配置其它相匹配的夹具。
机床为全封闭防护罩壳,前置回转式操作箱、后置背包式电器柜。
